Mike Julius, the Carnival Cruise national sales manager, decided instead of holding his national sales meeting in the usual cities like LA or Miami, he’d invite his team to experience his home town in the heartland. Cobble Hill served a specially designed meal of locally grown cuisine with selected wines by Traci and John Weber of 1st Avenue Wine House. Marsha Neiland, owner of Fusion, taught a morning yoga class in Green Square Park. Team meetings were held within walking distance of the DoubleTree by Hilton in the conference rooms in the new library and the weekend ended with a sunset concert at McGrath Amphitheatre. Kliks Photography was hired to capture the highlights so that team members could share with clients through social media. “You can easily see that these photos were not random shots,” notes Julius, “They were casual, spontaneous and well thought out; brilliantly finished for a wow look!” 10/16
